The information on the Fitness Goals
screen in our Tool
Chest™ for Health and Fitness course
allows you to record your current
weight and activity level and set
short-term and long-term goals for
weight and exercise levels. You can
revisit this screen from time to time to
see how you are doing.
You enter your current weight and
activity level, along with your
short-term and long-term weight and
activity level goals and your target
date for reaching those goals.
Lifestyle
Level is a way of accounting for
calories that you burn for routine daily
activities, such as eating and working.
The Activity Journal and the Calorie
Analysis screens use your lifestyle
level when calculating your daily
calories burned.
