Calories Burned
The Calories Burned tool lists common physical activities and the number of calories these activities burn in a 30-minute session.  The number of calories burned is based on a 150-pound person.  If you weigh more than 150 pounds, you will burn more calories.  If you weigh less than 150 calories, you will burn fewer calories.
